Morrisons check out, overcharging on wrong item.
Noticed when I got home and checked the till receipt properly, I found that I had been charged for loose ginger, in place of three small to medium onions. The price of ginger is £2.00/kg. Onions are considerably cheaper. If they cannot differentiate between onions and ginger, maybe Morrisons should give their staff intelligence tests, along with manners. On offer, buy six bottles of wine and get 25% off. That should encourage the drunk brigade, when they're not thieving it.Further it was the same old story, aisles blocked, shelves and cabinets empty. The Co-Op and Sainsburys local are better organised, and they are small in comparison. Hurry back home Waitrose.I have also asked continuously about an item that is always out of stock. The response is, we have no control over what is delivered. What a way to run a supermarket, or do they think we are stupid. Oh well, it's back to Chiswick, M&S and Waitrose.
