If Labour wants to sell the Oaks, why are they also "giving away" a £32 million training ground
I don't know what the ins and outs of The QPR training ground row are (see front page)But if there is any truth to the allegation that the Labour Council is about to give away a piece of land worth £32 million to QPR for only £2 million that is pretty scandalous.Especially if they are simultaneously planning to sell the Oaks car park in Acton to raise revenue.The more I have read on other forums - eg EalingW5 - the more you realise that Acton is not alone in its concerns aboutplanning. There have been headlines about everything from secret meetings to threatened police investigations to gross financial ineptitude etc cropping up across the borough.
