Exterior woodwork

Need some semi-urgent external maintenance doing on the front 'gable' (first floor) including refitting some wood, stripping down the rest and painting. Andy - could you please pass on the details of you tradesman if you are happy with the result?I am not sure it is the best time of the year to paint outdoors though as it's too cold and moist for paint to dry.
