Oh Pete get a grip!! Maybe she has invested the small amount needed but run out of vouchers, maybe she has not, it's hardly a big deal you make it sound like she is embarking on criminal activity! I ran out a few weeks back and registered to buy them online via Ring Go but that is a faff if the workman is only coming for a short time as you need car make, colour, reg etc and frankly it is easier to just hand over the voucher. My vouchers in the past just state the zone not the address and I have given to neighbours before and would do now if I had some. I hope you get it sorted Maria.
