Hey, I thought there was a gentlemen's agreement there would be no more development until Gowing and Pursey found a place to move their business. This is interesting. No further info Nicky? Sure it is going to the whole Planning Committee so quickly. No consultation?

I think this is the RETROSPECTIVE application.  Build first, then ask for planning permission.Will now be interesting to see what shenanigans Kate Crawford get's up to.  I really hope our Councillors  and Planning Committee work on our behalf.
