Does Boris's plan for old oak development end crossrail stopping at Acton Mainline?

Readin the Standard tonight, I can't think that a crossrail train will stop in Acton if it's going to interchange with HS2 at Old Oak Conmon (the Stratfor of the west apparently)How likely is this new plan anyhow?

I don't see that the Old Oak Common station should necessarily mean that Crossrail trains wouldn't stop at Acton .I gather that not all trains were planned to stop at Acton anyway (wikipedia has Ealing Broadway served by 10 trains an hour at peak - but only 4 an hour stop at Acton).Crossrail should also be operational years before HS2 gets going, so there will certainly be a need for the station.As to if it is likely, depends on the degree of certainty of HS2. There will be a need for an interchange with HS2 if it goes ahead. I'm not sure how certain the plans are to reroute the Overground so that it too meets with the HS2/Crossrail station.Boris may be flying a kite.......
