I had an issue with the Party Wall Act (1996) a year ago and we ended up using Simon Hands http://www.shandsassociates.co.uk/He's I think in Greenford but I never had to go there as he was nominated by the other side. People on EalingToday actually recommended him too. I think he was fair on the issue.
