I thought petrol prices were slowly on the rise again so was surprised to see unleaded at 126.9 today at Tesco Hoover building. Cheapest in London unless you know otherwise?

They are in direct competition with Alperton Sainsbury and Park Royal Asda. There is a limit to the amount of fuel that can be sold per day, but the potential gains in unrelated in-store sales can be far higher.

That's what I thought Chris but recently their prices have been slightly higher than Sainsburys and Esso in Alperton. I guess they will all match soon which is all good news for the motorist

I use the website www.petrolprices.com to see the lowest prices around. I use diesel for my car and it is often ASDA that it cheapest in the area, but the garage at Chiswick Roundabout was selling the cheapest diesel around for a number of days.

Yes Paul chiswick roundabout is normally the cheapest in town which is surprising considering its location
