Hmmm, never been in there, but I wonder if it's too large to be an estate agent. Perhaps, stick two of 'em in there. As a coffee type place, would fare better if it was on the same side as the station.Whenever I walk up Horn Lane, past that pub, from, say central Acton, I'm always on the opposite side of the road. It's easier to cross Horn Lane before reaching the railway bridge, perhaps others do as well, even those not going to Acton main Line.Narrow pavement outside doesn't lend itself to seating without blocking way, the pavement becomes even narrower over the bridge. . . . . and a public rubbish bin outside and a bus lane, perhaps, not the most attractive location to relax for a coffee after/during a hard day.It's really the wrong side of the road, and no safe place to cross, between the pub and the station.
