Rats
The Rats are back in my garden . They are coming from 3 doors away . There is a rental/bedsit property with an wild overgrown back garden and I can see them and their trail across my neighbours gardens to my basement . The run is clear .Can I get the council in to this house to dispose of them or as I am being told, I nor the council have no rights to enter any other property . Wired up one of those sound devices to get rid of them from my garden ... But need a longer term solution as all the cats and other animals going mad !!!
