Tube Strike - latest news

Received this notification:A second 48‑hour Tube strike has been called by the RMT and TSSA unions. If the strike goes ahead, Tube services will be affected from about 21:30 on Tuesday 11 February until the morning of Friday 14 February, when services are expected to return to normal.

Why is the front page saying tube strike has been cancelled and TFL website saying it is still going ahead ? does anyone actually know whats going on!
