Useless Enterprise......again!

First of all they sweep the streets BEFORE collection.Then this afternoon missed out my food box which was in my front garden together with the green boxes and so on. Checked the neighbours and all their food boxes were emptied.My husband spoke to the refuse collectors when they were still in my street and asked them to empty my food box. Of course they didn't even bother although they drove down my street a little later!Absolutely useless! I rang the council and will now have to wait until tomorrow to have the food bin emptied. Why do we bother?

On our road they were very late to collect the black bins on Wed. All the recycling was collected fine, but black bags not picked up until around 5pm, which is unusual.
