I filled in the 'talk to Morrison's' feedback form on the website, and got this e-mail response:-"Thanks for your feedback through the Talk to Morrisons Survey, and I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.I have brought these to the attention of the store's Senior Management who would very much like to speak to you directly regarding the points you have raised. The next time you are in store, if you ask to speak to Alex Dempsey, the Assistant Manager, and they will be more than happy to discuss the points you raised in person to get them sorted out for you.If you have any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact me again.Kind regards,Daniel ArmstrongCustomer Service Advisor"(I haven't a clue who Alex Dempsey is, but I have spoken to the manager Phil Taylor before!)I responded to the e-mail suggesting that the store's problems should be dealt with by head office - not the customer! This morning at 8.30 I received a call from a lady called Lara at head office! She was very pleasant and informed that the area manager would be going to look at the store. She also said that the 'dump bins' (those awful baskets in the aisles) were gone for good and the stock removed from the store entrance to enable better customer movement. The lack of eggs appeared to be a company problem with suppliers. So, if you have complaints about the store, do fill in the feedback form and put your e-mail address and phone number on it, and hopefully they will reply to you. Now, let us see if a visit from the area manager actually does any good......
