Are Enrerprise fit for purpose?

Flattened down cardboard not collected, all taped up ready for collection.  Litter and other rubbish strewn over the road and left in the gutter. Bags not collected.It's a disgrace, and we pay for this excellent service of a below third class rubbish contract, and a rubbish council who can only spin lies, by telling us that the service is improving, and our streets are cleaner.Bassam, hold your head in shame, spin and lies do not work.

If we bagged up this administration, would Enterprise collect them, or would the refuse?  Please not another missed collection, my 'elf and safety is at stake.

Also failed to do the 'paid for' garden collection on my street yesterday, not the first time I've had to chase up for this collection to be completed. Though they did manage to collect from the street black bags with obvious garden waste poking out of them! It does not pay to be honest with the council!

You should ask whether they get paid extra for the fly-tipping.

They didn't collect the white plastics collection bags filled with garden waste sitting in my road for two weeks.When these bags started collecting litter (as rubbish sitting on the streets does) I took them on my run to Stirling Road with my own garden waste.  When I tipped them up - the number of the house they belonged to was revealed - which rather amused me (although the mix of particular plant clippings made it obvious anyway)!!  :)
