Flat to let in Poet's Corner

is anyone out there looking for rented accommodation? I have a one bed, raised Ground floor flat in Shakespeare Road.  All white goods and about to have it decorated throughout.  Laminated floors, eat in kitchen and good size bedroom and bathroom.  Neighbours are lovely, and I am a very flexible landlady.  Available from 14th May 2014.£1050 pcm (not including bills and council tax)If you, or anyone you know, is interested you can call me on 07904 631038 or reply on this site.

The chap I have in mind has been in the same place for 14 years but has been given notice to quite because he has a baby now (didnt know that was legal.)Would being in receipt of some housing benefit be a total no-no? He's very respectable!

Neither did I.  That's a new on!!  One of my tenants was pregnant and had the baby, stayed there for 18 months and there was no problem.  There is nothing to stop him coming to have a look.  Is it just him and the baby?  And how old is the infant?

Couple and baby - under a year I think. Dunno if it will be big enough but will enquire
