It's 0220hrs and the level is RED 8. It's a disgrace, and Ealing council should hold their heads in shame, for their lack of enforcement. Did any of the polluters shut down, until the levels dropped. Bet your bottom dollar the answer is, no they didn't.I think I will do what I do best, start mixing it. AGAIN.The local elections are looming, we need councillors with teeth, and have the interests of Acton Central Ward a priority when it comes to planning, not the wimps we have with this administration.
