I think you'll find it isn't spam. BT are changing their email service and you will need to take action if you want to keep your @btinternet.com address

Nikki - Yes, BT is changing.  I received a similar Email and got in touch with them to find out more.  But I have received several Emails in the past from BT that look perfectly genuine, but aren't.  Very difficult to tell what ir genuine and what is not.

"It's from    maggieann.turner@talktalk.net"According to didcot.gov.uk, that address belongs to Margaret Turner, a councillor on Didcot Town Council, but the address seems to have been hijacked. It's definitely spam, originating from Brazil.
