Has anyone in the area had any dealings with this new Estate in Churchfield Road, If so, I'd be very interested to hear any feedback.

It's not that new! I think they are about to start another branch. I find them civil and assiduous but have never actually bought or sold through them.Harry turned up to a CCA exec bearing a dozen cupcake avenue goodies so I am definitely biased!
