I've sent you an email Harriet re: quite a few issues including asking where the toilets are in the swimming area generally (I've counted 4 disabled loos but no others); where are the hooks, toilets, sinks and mirrors in the changing rooms; why is there only one private cubicle in the changing rooms; and asked for a small gate to be fitted in to the glass wall of the viewing area in the small pool, so that I don't have to leave my 3 year old daughter on the bench by the side of the pool on her own, while I walk back out and all the way through the changing areas and main reception so that I can get in to the viewing area. And I forwarded the email to you that I sent to the Manager of the centre last week (to which I have had no response) about putting extra signage up by the 2 family changing rooms, to ask people on their own to use the male and female changing rooms provided, so that those of us with small children can actually get in to them ourselves. I saw one bloke get out of the pool, get his things out of his locker, put them in one of the family changing rooms, go off and have a shower, then come back and get ready in the family changing room. No sign of any kids.Otherwise I find the staff very friendly and helpful, and both pools themselves are great! I enjoyed my gym induction yesterday and have booked in for my first studio class next week. We also found it hard to log in online initially but it was fine once we got our pin numbers from reception. I really miss the old pool as I learnt to swim there, but great to have this facility back! I look forward to your response!
