New Imperial Trust Computer System !

Hammersmith Hospital queues in outpatients, some people waiting for four hours todayWaited at Charing Cross a couple of weeks ago for two hours after self check in pretended to work and didn't.Just phoned outpatients to sort out a mixed up appointment to be told they are not taking phone calls and to email. Email returned saying if need urgent response to phone outpatients number !!!!!Hillcrest Surgery is switching next week !

yes  bob horrible  time in  hammersmith  hospital  had  to waite after  day  surgery  not  feeling  well had to  get  a appt  2 hrs  waite

Should be fun when Hillcrest switch.  There was a notice saying you may not be able to get an appointment during the switch over.  The NHS is doomed, and so are we.
