People seem to be having quite a lot of problems booking for classes - either technologically or because (growingly) they are full.But I'm told as many as half of those who book, don't actually turn up for the class - after all, it's included in the membership, there's no penalty, why not book and then see if you feel like it on the night and sod everyone else who actually wants to go.I'm a member at BAFTA which had similar problems and they solved it by introducing a three strikes and you're out system.You book, you check in to the event on the day. If you do not, this is logged. If you do it three times, you are banned from booking for a month. Works rather well and the no-show proportion diminished substantially.Harriet - is this something you could try?
