Reasonably priced and efficient solicitor for conveyancing

Hi, can anyone recommend an efficient an sensibly priced solicitor that can help withConveyancing?I'd like one that is on the Virgin a Money approved list as I understand lenders have reduced the number of solicitors they will deal with and I don't want to have to pay twice.Thanks, Carl

We used Tim at Owen Waite and something in Hammersmith...thorough, not expensive but not super duper speedy.Caroline at Adler Fitzpatrick in Kingston is a whizz - efficient and speedy.No idea if either are on the Virgin thingy

Sarah, thanks so much. I spoke to Caroline and she is on the Virgin panel and can therefore represent me.
