Roger, Delighted to have heard that!In my case which i'm still fighting after 5 months, my vehicle was not parked on double yellows but they claimed it was and their photos and mine show it was not the case. They don't seemed to be able to clarify if its "by" or "on"! I've have other legal bits and pieces that support me i.e. the location of the vehicle doesn't exist, road tax expires in another 10 years, the CEO doesn't wear a personal identification number - strange part is that no one from parking wants to address these points and it's gone to a Stage 2 complaint! (separate from the actual PCN appeal) But glad you won! Well done!
