Swimming lesson timetable - attn Harriet Morton
Please please can you put this on your website. Or get a print out to give to people at reception/or stick it on a notice board. I was told at Reception it was not on the website as then people would assume they could book lesson!! Bonkers. Surely it is possible to put it on the website but inform people that they need to book in person/over the phone, that places are subject to availability? I had to hold up a load of people up at Reception whilst the woman at the desk ran through all the times of various Stage lessons on everyday of the week, writing this down on a scrap of paper for me. Crazily inefficient. Likewise another scrap of paper with all details of times older children can use the gym, prices, induction times - could just PUT THIS ON THE WEBSITE too???
