BUILDING REGULATORS

Does anyone know how I can contact the borough building regulators, I am assuming that Ealing have them, as I would like them to come and view the newly built soon to be finished development just outside my window, oppressivley horrible.

You will never be able to get through to any of them by telephone although some people have claimed to have met them at the council offices.  The only thing you can do is to report it online as a breach of planning, and the enforcement team will have 21 days to investigate.  But they would never lower themselves to actually communicate with a civilian - I know from experience.  So don't expect a response from them.
