Street Party Tomorrow?

I had an appointment reminder on my calendar stating there is a street party at Hereford Road tomorrow but I seem to have forgotten where I saw got this info from. Does anyone have details about this or am I just going crackers?

Someone has posted in "Acton Friends" on Facebook recently saying there is a street party in Hereford Road this afternoon. 12-3 I think it said.
