If you pass by the Acton Gardens office behind Hardy Court you can see a scale model of how the whole redevelopment will look by 2025, from Bollo Bridge Rd to the High St. They also have a timetable for decanting, demolition and construction of each phase. The Barwick House demolition phase will include the garages, the South Acton Working Men's Club and the grotty flats that front onto Brouncker Road next to Sunninghill Court plus the two Carisbroke Court blocks. Eligible tenants will be offered flats in the new blocks (including a supermarket at last!) that will replace Hardy Court and Charles Hocking House in 2018.
