Kittens looking for new homes

This morning I rescued a very sad looking stray cat with 4 kittens from a neighbours garden, unfortunately we lost one who it appears was injured (no tail). The others seem to be doing ok but can't be more than a day or two old. Mummy and babies are currently curled up in my garage with warm blanket and plenty of food. I will look after them until they are ready to find new homes as i know the rspca etc are inundated with unwanted animals. they are a mixture of black and white and grey tabby.  Please let me know if you are interested in adopting once they are ready to leave the mother who I'm sure i,ll end up keeping to add to my brood.

The Fat Lady was definitely singing for us today. We got out of Jail. 10 men for most of the game hardly any shots on goal and Bobby Zamora sticks the ball in the net with hardly any time left.Funny Old Game but fun.Now for the beers!!

Labour to hold Ealing Council (and Acton seats)

Back from the count and it's clear Labour have won East Acton and Acton Central, although the votes for those who split their three crosses between parties are being counted now. Ross, Maire and I congratulated Dan, Patricia and Abdullah and wished them good luck and left rather than stand around for several hours waiting for the inevitable to be announced. The Oaks got the Tories some votes around Shakespeare Rd but the Lib Dem vote has virtually disappeared (going to Labour if anywhere) and Ukip look as if they'll get 200-300 votes, which has done more damage to the Conservatives than anyone else. Many thanks to all those who did vote for me and my colleagues and appreciation for those who helped the campaign in other ways too numerous and boring to list.

Party Wall Question and Neighbour

hi  all came  back  to  find  that  my neighbour  has built a out house  next  to  my extension you see  heard  this  loud  talk  funny  i thought went  next door he  has built with a roof  connecting  to  my wall he said   that  he  build  the wall 3 inch away  from  my wall but why   is  the roof  tile  connected  to my  wall also  noticed that  the red  brick that was on  the wall are used  for flower  bed  ask  him about this  told  me  that  his brother  had some left  over my lounge is  the extension  so it feels a lot  colder and  noise has increased  i wonder  has he told me lies   and  that he   has taken away  the red brick and uses my wall and  not  build a new  wall  cant see  has  he  has put up units and i cannot see dont want to fall out with  them  but if  i ever sell they new owners  will want  to know  any ideas guys  how to move forward on this

PLEASE HELP - TO PEOPLE NEAR MUIRFIELD W3 7NR - LOOKING FOR THE OWNERS OF THE CAT CALLED 'BLUE'

Trying to reunite a black & white tomcat named 'Blue' with his owners. Blue has been found, but his owners don't know it. Owner has put up posters in the area around Muirfield, possibly St Andrews Rd, Brassie Ave, Old Oak Common Lane, Sunningdale Avenue etc, or beyond. I live near Peterborough and can't come to look for the posters myself. I'm not interested in a reward, and if one is offered, it will be for the person/people who obtains the contact info from the posters. The finder of the cat has stated that the phone number on the posters is always switched off, however this may not be a problem as I have contacts in telecomms and may be able to trace the owner from that number. The finder will not give me the number. I help match up lost & found pets online. If you can help look for one of the posters in the streets or shops nearby and note down the number for me, or even think you know Blue's owners, please get in touch. used  piece of floorboard wanted

We need a section of old floorboard to repair the treads on our staircase where the edges were trimmed off to box in the bannister ( a 1970 DIY job).An old board would have the weathering necessary for the repair to blend in.A 2 ft long section would be enough. Thanks
