Electronic residents permit
Has anyone recently renewed their parking permit? I've been told that the system is now electronic so despite the fact that I've paid and that my permit was due to start on Monday, I have no actual confirmation that my permit has been processed as according to everything I've read it can take up to 10 days for it all to go through. Naturally, you can't actually speak to someone if you call up, just request a ring back which can take 3 working days. In the meantime, I'm using up what precious visitor vouchers I have left. The whole thing is utterly infuriating. Rant over.
