Morrison's Prices for their Beer

Morrison's have a special Offer on at the moment. Buy 3 world beers for £5. Bottles are normally £1.99 each. Bought 3 bottles of Erdinger Weissbier and was charged £1.99 for each. Went to Customer Services and they refunded me the difference of £0.97p. Offer does not state that it has to be 3 difference type of World Beers!!I think I must have been done last week as well but did not notice it.

Acton Vale Work Club and Business LaunchPad

Do you, (or anyone you know) need help with finding a job or getting back into work? Ealing Council have set up four work clubs across the Borough including one in East Acton last year. The Acton Vale work club is open every Monday at Acton Vale Community Centre between 10AM to 1PM and free to residents in the Acton area. Acton Job Centre will also refer people.The work clubs are fully equipped with IT. Sichuan

Does anybody know if this is still open?  I went by there for a takeaway last week and it was still very much closed, although without the notice in the window that had been there.  A pity, 'cos I had a craving for their deep-fried shredded beef and chilli sauce.  I tried North China instead, and wasn't that impressed (found it a bit flabby and lacking bite).  I'm hoping that it doesn't disappear!

Hello All,A council team was visiting the site behind Acton Central station (looks like a builders yard) between e station and the park.The plan is for a 5 storey building.Seems a bit high to me but has anyone reviewed in detail?I presume that the vote is very soon.

Do not use this company

Psk based in brentford not only have they dismissed many employees prior to Christmas they have not even paid them for the work undertaken. Many employees were due to travel home for the holidays but due to this company not paying for their work had to spend Christmas here away from family and loved ones. Disgusting

Twyford Admissions Policy Change

What is the problem with people?  If you put your child's name down to attend a Church of England school and yes, the clue is in the title, then you should be 100% committed to being a practising Christian.  What is the point of being a church school if you have to take in non-believers and people of other faiths? As for selecting children whose family are actively involved in the church over those who aren't as a priority... well shock, horror!  The school is over subscribed greatly and there has to be some way of prioritising.  Where is the common sense in this.  Nothing wrong here in my eyes at all.  A non-event.
