Mayor's Fund - Love Acton Campaign - request  for designs

See below which is currently being circulated:LOVE ACTON CAMPAIGNWe are looking for designs that are rooted in Acton - the historical and contemporary, the people and places, the character and spirit.As part of the wide range of town centre improvement projects supported through the Mayor of London’s Outer London fund and Ealing Council, Acton Community Forum is working with local residents and community groups to be involved in the design process.Contributions can be in many forms including painting, print, photography, graphics, a poem.  We will be coordinating open access art workshops, sessions to digitalise images, or you can simply submit your own. Upload art and vote on your preferred designs via www.actonforum.org/brandacton  All contributions will form part of the Love Acton Campaign, and some will be selected for inclusion in the banners, bags and flags that will adorn Acton. Acton Town Hall and Swimming Baths Planning Applications

For information the planning applications for the redevelopment of Acton Town Hall and Swimming Baths have now been submitted. The reference numbers are:PP/2011/5230 - Construction of a three storey building comprising replacement swimming pool and learner pool with associated changing facilities, studio spaces, fitness suite, community facilities and reception hall located behind the retained Kings Rooms facade fronting High Street and attached to the Town Hall Extension.
