Nocturnal skateboarders
Does anybody know where the group of young men live (18- to 22-year-olds I would guess), who seem to think it's OK to skateboard down - and then up - Goldsmith Avenue at extremely unsocial hours? They must come from the top end of the road, but I'm not sure where. It was 5.15, and then again at about 7.25, this morning (and yes, I know that most of us are awake by 7.25, but it's still EARLY!). And about two weeks ago, it was 3.00 and about 3.45 in the morning.Skateboards are noisy at the best of times - certainly more intrusive than most cars - and in the quiet of the night are particularly so. Add to that the raised voices of the boarders, and you have a guaranteed recipe for disturbed sleep. These young men need to be told that.I'm quite happy to do the telling, but I need to know where they live!
